If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can add 1 "Radiant Typhoon" card (except "Radiant Typhoon Krosea") and/or 1 "Mystical Space Typhoon" from your Deck and/or GY to your hand, also you cannot Special Summon for the rest of this turn, except WIND monsters.
